The Conference invites contributors to present papers on theoretical and Shari`ah related issues, case studies on awqaf asset preservation and development, and practical experiences of awqaf organizations so that this sector can contribute to the development of a broad based and comprehensive awqaf-related Islamic financial system.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The conference is expected to lead the way in addressing the challenges of the development and sustainability awqaf for the present and future. The organizers invite submission of papers on theoretical and Shari'ah related issues, case studies on awqaf asset preservation and development, and practical experiences of awqaf organizations so that this sector can contribute to the development of a broad based comprehensive awqaf-related Islamic financial system. The papers are expected to be original, lucid, and analytically rigorous. Selected papers contributed to the Conference are likely to be published. The upper limit for the paper is 10,000 words.

There is no submission fee. All papers will go through a refereeing process before acceptance by the Conference's Technical Committee. The organizers will pay for the authors’ coming from outside Singapore single round-trip economy class air ticket, and for their boarding and lodging.
